Shipping, Store Pick Up, & Returns

Return Policy


At this time ALL SHIPPED ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. We will offer store credit for any items returned in-store at our Fresno location within 14 days of the purchase date. 

All online orders purchased while our Fresno location was closed due to COVID-19 will have 14 days to return for exchange or store credit after our reopening date 05/26. (Last day June 8th)

All items wanting to be returned/exchanged in-store MUST comply with the following: 

  • Have original EyeCandy tags attached
  • Must be unworn
  • No stains (deodorant/makeup) or odors (perfume/pets) are present
  • No returns on bodysuits &/or jewelry due to hygiene safety 
  • Must present a copy of the order confirmation email. 

Any items within the following will not be accepted:

  • Items with missing original EyeCandy tag
  • Item has been worn
  • Items with stains (deodorant/makeup) or odors (perfumes/pets)
  • That are passed 14 days of purchase date 
  • Items that were purchased on sale 
  • Customer does not have copy of order confirmation
*Any item wanting to be exchanged/returned may be refused if our sales associate suspect any of the above reasons. 
 

 

Shipping


Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday will not begin to be processed until the following business day. 

All are shipped through USPS. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received along with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow one full business day for your tracking number to start showing progress. 

*Please note that all packages are shipped uninsured and we will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items. If you try to place a claim with USPS and your order status shows delivered, our claim will be denied and closed. 

If you suspect theft, please contact your local law enforcement. 

 

Store Pick Up 

After putting in your shipping information at checkout it will give you an option to select STORE PICK UP for local addresses. Please leave an order comment if you would like your order to be picked up at our Madera location. If no comment is left then the order is assumed to be picked up at our Fresno location. You will receive a text/email when your order is ready to be picked up. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled and transferred to Madera. 

All orders requested to be picked up at our Madera location CANNOT be returned for store credit or exchange at that location. All exchanges and returns must be made at our Fresno location. NO EXCEPTIONS
