Returns Policy

At this time we will only issue
STORE CREDIT for APPROVED returns. We will not refund back to method of payment. 

If you have an issue with your order please email us at or fill out the form on our 'Contact Us' page here on our site within 10 days of your item being delivered. If you do not contact us within 10 day, we will not issue a refund for store credit. 

Approved returns must: 

  • Have original EyeCandy tags attached
  • Must be unworn
  • No stains (deodorant/makeup) or odors (perfume/pets) are present
  • Contact us and ship back within 10 days of delivery 

Items that will not be approved: 

  • Items with missing original EyeCandy tag
  • Item has been worn
  • Items with stains (deodorant/makeup) or odors (perfumes/pets)
  • That are passed 10 days of delivery 
  • Items that were purchased on sale 

Once an return is approved, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. 

Please do not ship an item back without first getting approval. Any unapproved returns will not be processed and you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to ship it back to you. 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE items must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. Once reported, we will send you a return label. After we receive your order, we will inspect it and issue a refund (in the form of store credit) upon approval within 3 business days. 


We strongly advise to look at each product description and measurement. While not exact, we do try our hardest to provide accurate measurements and product fit descriptions. Please be aware that most of our winter items tend to run a bit looser. 



Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday will not begin to be processed until the following business day. 

All are shipped through USPS. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received along with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow one full business day for your tracking number to start showing progress. 

*Please note that all packages are shipped uninsured and we will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen items. If you try to place a claim with USPS and your order status shows delivered, our claim will be denied and closed.
